Established in the 1960s Universal Petro-Chemicals Limited the flagship of Universal-Halwasiya Group produced India’s first BIS approved transformer oil catering to the need of leading public and private sector clients. The group was among the first to export White Oils Liquid Paraffins & Petroleum Sulphonates to North America and the Far East. Later the group introduced the entire range of high performance lubricants in India.

To meet the growing demand of world class lubricants a new plant has been set up at Taloja near Mumbai in Maharashtra.
For over four decades the Universal-Halwasiya Group has given consistent performance and quality products. The plant at Taloja is well equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and is fully geared for the production of high quality lubricants & specialities.

The plant is certified to ISO-9001 by TUV Management Service GmbH of Germany. A large capacity tank farm has been put up at the plant for storage of base oils to ensure continuous supply of quality products to our esteemed customers. Lubricants are manufactured from select base oils and additive packages with each grade of lubricant stored in a dedicated product storage tank.
